I’m a Learning Experience Designer with 10+ years in Learning & Development, focused on building learning ecosystems that help people grow in meaningful, practical ways.

 

My work is grounded in a deep curiosity about how people think, learn, and navigate change. With a background in psychology and sociology, I design experiences that go beyond information - helping learners build confidence and apply what they’ve learned in real-world contexts.

 

I’ve created learning across fast-moving SaaS and tech environments, from onboarding programs to large-scale enablement initiatives. Whether I’m designing eLearning or live experiences, I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach and a focus on outcomes that matter for both the business and the people it serves.
